大家平時去食日式燒肉,係咪最鍾意嗰碟「鹽味椰菜」同埋嗰種帶有濃厚麻油香嘅鹽味沾醬?店主我喺 2026 年終於搵到呢支可以 100% 還原味道嘅 Kenko 極旨鹽醬。佢唔係普通嘅鹹,因為佢用咗 阿爾卑斯山 Alpensalz 岩鹽,嗰種鹹度係帶有回甘嘅鮮甜感。加上黑椒嘅微辣同大蒜嘅強烈香氣,真係連點舊白肉都變到好高級!

店主發現呢支醬用嚟整 「鹽味黑椒蒜香炒飯」 都係一絕!唔使再落鹽或者豉油,起鑊炒香肉碎同飯,最後淋兩羹落去翻炒,嗰陣香味真係成條街都聞到。記得開封後要放雪櫃呀!趁 2026 夏季燒肉季仲有貨,快啲執返兩支返去「看門口」啦!🥩🧄
