如果你食慣咗普通急凍烏冬,試咗呢款「讚岐之夢」之後你真係返唔到轉頭!店主最欣賞佢嗰種「手造感」,麵條表面滑溜但中心紮實有勁,咬落去嗰吓真係感受到小麥嘅清香。最驚喜係佢附送嘅特製湯底,係用咗煮干(沙丁魚乾)同昆布熬製,鮮甜得嚟好有層次,完全唔係嗰種死鹹嘅味精湯。一盒 8 食啱啱好,平時加隻溫泉蛋、灑少少蔥花,幾分鐘就搞掂一餐職人級嘅日本料理。記得煮嗰陣唔好過火,維持嗰份彈牙感先係靈魂呀!
